Oregon Children's Theatre's goal is to create exceptional and memorable theater experiences for children and their families. Each season, it presents five professionally-produced plays in two of Portland's best performance venues, the Newmark Theatre and the Winningstad Theatre, in the heart of Portland's cultural district. OCT's plays are usually an hour long without intermission--the perfect length for young audiences. The two theaters OCT uses are on the corner of SW Broadway and Main, just across from the Schnitzer Concert Hall and a block away from the Portland Art Museum and the Oregon Historical Society...Bring the whole family for a fun cultural outing.
