Rose Quarter advisory group forwards three for Memorial Coliseum makeover

To no one's surprise, the ideas by the Trail Blazers and developer Doug Obletz will move to the next stage of what to do with Memorial Coliseum. The 32-member advisory group appointed by Portland Mayor Sam Adams also chose to forward the Veterans Memorial Arts and Athletic Center to the "request for proposal" stage.
